Overlooking breathtaking valleys and mountain views, along a village trail, surrounded by forests, terrace farms, fruit trees, with a playground in the vicinity and a temple on its hilltop, rests The Perch. A homestay with cottages, rooms, multifunctional hall, kitchen, dining, lot of open areas, a waterfall & dip pond, ample parking space and arrangements for drivers.
There are three types of Rooms:
Sunrise View Family Room - It is the biggest and most deluxe guest cottage on the property. Two double beds to accommodate four people separated by a curtain, a separate balcony, opening to the outdoor sitting area, a sitting area inside and enough area to accommodate an extra four people comfortably at night on folding cots and/or mattresses(extra charge).
Valley View Family Room - Comes with a double bed and a full sized bunk bed. Ideal for a family of four. It can also accommodate two more people on folding cots and/or mattresses(extra charge) at night, very comfortably.
Trinity Room - 3 rooms with Double bed, coat/clothes hanger, luggage area
Trinity 1
This is our smallest yet cozy and comfortable room. It comes with a double bed, coat/clothes hanger, luggage area. It has a carpet area of 150 sq. ft.
Trinity 2
Slightly bigger than Trinity 1 and with the same provisions, it has a sitting area as well. It is attached to trinity 3 with a sliding door. It has a carpet area of 175 sq. ft.
Trinity 3
Slightly bigger than Trinity 2 and with the same provisions, it has an extra window overlooking the mountains. You can see the sunrise from your comfortable bed in the mornings. It is attached to Trinity 2 with a sliding door. It has a carpet area of 185 sq. ft.
Extra cot with mattress/mattress per person is extra charge

It lies near the Bhimtal-Bhatelia-Ramgarh-Bhowali-Nainital road and Almorah road.
There are various kinds of treks and birding trails around.
It is a peaceful area. Shops, markets are at walking distances as well as 1-2 km away. Mukteshwar dhaam temple is 8 km. A small hospital is 4 km away.
