Our Deluxe Rooms provide all the required comforts, so you feel well-rested and rejuvenated the next day. All rooms have attached bathrooms, providing you with all the amenities you might need. The rooms also have a seating area and ample storage. You can admire a beautiful view of the mountains from the bed. The room is very spacious and an extra bed can easily be provided.
There are two Deluxe room ( Monal and Kasturi ). Both rooms have a sit out window and a private balcony.
Our attic rooms are spectacular two-level suites comprising a spacious master bedroom with a Queen-size bed on the ground floor and two mattresses which serve as twin beds on the top floor. A wooden staircase takes you from the room to the attic. At night, tuck your kids in their room upstairs as you read them their favorite story.

Dear Guest
We welcome you to our village home “The Calm Cottages”. The norms and guest information are being provided to help make your stay with us carefree and relaxing.
• Room service is not available. The meals are offered as per preset menu and are served in the common dining area as per the following timings.
Breakfast: 8.30 Am -10.00 Am Lunch: 1 Pm-2.30 Pm Dinner: 7.30 Pm-9 Pm
Outside food/milk/curd not allowed
Kitchen is operational from 7.30Am-9.30 Pm
Food is not served/allowed in guest rooms. We are not equipped to serve food after 9 PM so please do not insist to keep the food in casserole/dishes to be eaten later.
• Electric kettles are provided in each room, only for boiling water. Spoilage due to boiling eggs/making Maggie or due to any other reason will be charged in the final bill. Tea amenities are provided once each day. Additional can be provided on nominal cost.
• Check in: 12 Noon and Check Out: 10Am. In case of availability the guests can extend their stay for a few hours. ( Please check with us in advance)
• Loud music or noise in the guest rooms/open area is prohibited as a mark of comfort for other guests and the serenity of the village.
• In the absence of electricity we will provide hot water in buckets.
• Showers are provided in the bathroom but we request you to use buckets, as water is a scarce commodity in hills……. Let’s save water together.
• Washing of clothes is not permitted.
• Our staff is sensitive to the needs of our guests so we do not require intercoms. Please call our caretaker and he would be more than willing to serve you.
• In our endeavor to provide an atmosphere where the families can spend time together, we do not have TV’s in the rooms. Should you need, we do have a TV in our common room.
• We would appreciate your taking permission before plucking of fruits, vegetables etc. Seedlings ( Paudh) of plants /succulents can be bought from us.
• We trust our staff completely, yet we would request you to take care of your valuables by yourself. The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables
• We will not be able to offer any refunds on rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions or due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.
• We do not accept credit cards/ cheques. Please pay using Paytm/cash/bank transfer.
• For your own safety put the sigris outside the room/turn off heaters, before going to bed.
