Katkuni Villa Homestay, Manali is a perfect place for those who value peace above everything. It’s perched amid 8 acres of land surrounded by orchards from all sides. The location of the property will keep you spell bound . It’s close to nature and connects with you to your mind body and soul in one go. You rejuvenate yourself once u are here even for a single day. You wake up to the sound of chirping birds singling the tales of ever changing weather. It’s is arguably one of the best premium cottage in MANALI.
Guest are allowed to move freely in any part of the property. We have eight rooms in the property which can be booked as entire villa or by room types. There are 5 Double Bed Rooms for 2 each, 1 Family Suite for 3 and 1 Family Suite with 2 rooms for 4 adults. Only two people are allowed in a room. If you are four people we give you two rooms and if 6, three rooms will be allotted. If you need privacy and you are only eight to ten guests but want to be alone in the villa —-you need to pay for the entire villa and book the place exclusively for yourself by paying for the eight rooms. Extra adults in room or kids between 10-12 years of age can utilize extra mattress at Rs. 1500 per head.
It’s constructed in a traditional “Kathkuni style” which means stone and wood construction. This is typical hilly construction and most of the old temples and houses had been constructed in this architectural style. The interiors have been designed in such a way that they match with the traditional style of villa in every aspect. Rooms are modern in look and experience. Balconies open towards the sprawling mountain view.
